Sticky Honey Garlic Snapper

minutesThis sweet, sticky. scrumptious snapper recipe is quick and easy and ready in 15 minutes. It uses one pan so all of the delicious flavor remains in the final dish AND clean up is a breeze.
Ingredients
1 pack of TRELLIS snapper fillets
1/2 tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp soy sauce (optional)
1 drop lemon juice
2 Tbsp garlic butter
Oil (for searing)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Directions
Rinse fish fillets, pat dry and season with the spices
Drizzle oil in pan and heat over medium heat
Sear fish fillets for 3 minutes on each side (skin side first) until cooked. Remove fillets from pan.
Melt garlic butter in pan
Whisk together honey, water, lemon juice and soy sauce and add to pan. Allow to come to a boil until sauce thickens
Add fish fillets to pan and coat with sauce for 1 minute
Remove pan from heat
Serve Snapper drizzled with sauce and garnished with sesame seeds and green onions
