Ingredients
2 tbsp smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp smoked sea salt (or regular sea salt)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
Directions
Combine spices in a shallow dish
Pat fish dry with paper towel then press each side of fish into the spice mix to coat evenly
In a flat skillet, heat oil over medium heat
Sear fish on one side until spices darken then flip and repeat on other side
Serve
